3. Consumer dispute resolution
Our services are aimed at businesses (salons and comparable service providers). We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore no longer provided.
Customers of a salon that uses Terminy should contact that salon directly with any questions about bookings or services.
4. Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. The content has been prepared with great care; however, we accept no liability for its accuracy, completeness or currency.
This website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we do not control. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. If we become aware of legal infringements we will remove such links immediately.

6. Note on the applications of individual salons
The booking pages and loyalty-card apps of individual salons (under their own domain or a subdomain of terminy.net) are operated by the respective salon. The provider within the meaning of Section 5 DDG for that content, and the controller of the customer data processed there, is the respective salon; its details can be found in the imprint or under “About us” of the respective application. Terminy merely provides the technical platform — see our Privacy policy.
